ISTRAVEL provides travel advisory and booking coordination services. Client inquiries and communications are handled via email or our official KakaoTalk consultation channel. The website (istraveler.com) is provided for informational purposes only and does not process bookings or payments.

예약은 호텔, 크루즈 선사, 항공사 등 해당 공급자가 발행한 서면 확인서를 여행자가 수령한 경우에만 확정된 것으로 간주됩니다. 해당 확인서는 이즈트래블을 통해 전달될 수 있습니다.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once the traveler has received written confirmation issued by the relevant supplier (e.g., hotel, cruise line, airline), which may be communicated to the traveler through ISTRAVEL.

2A. 결제 절차

Payments

이즈트래블은 호텔 및 크루즈 예약을 위해 Fora Travel의 보안 결제 정보 저장 시스템(Secure Payment Detail Storage)을 사용합니다. 고객이 제공한 신용카드 정보는 안전하게 해당 시스템에 저장되며, 당사(이즈트래블)는 고객의 결제 정보를 직접 수령하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 모든 결제는 호텔, 크루즈 선사 또는 공급자 측에서 직접 처리되며, 이즈트래블은 대금을 직접 수령하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

For hotel and cruise bookings, ISTRAVEL uses Fora Travel’s secure payment detail storage system to collect client credit card information.
All payment details are securely stored within this system, and ISTRAVEL does not directly collect or hold client payment information.All charges are processed directly by the hotel, cruise line, or supplier, and ISTRAVEL does not receive or handle client funds at any time.

취소 및 환불 규정은 공급자(호텔·크루즈·항공사 등)의 정책을 따릅니다. 이즈트래블은 공급자가 환불을 거부하거나 취소 규정을 적용하는 것에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective suppliers. ISTRAVEL is not responsible for any denial of refunds or penalties applied by suppliers.

4.1 여권·비자·건강 요건

Passports, Visas & Health

여행자는 출발 전 유효한 여권, 필요 시 비자/ESTA, 예방접종 및 건강 관련 요건을 스스로 확인하고 준비해야 합니다.요건 미비로 인한 탑승 거부·입국 불허 등은 환불 불가 처리되며, 모든 책임은 여행자 본인에게 있습니다.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, required visas/ESTA, vaccinations, and meeting any health or entry requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, and such bookings are non-refundable with all liability resting with the traveler.

4.2 이름 정확성

Name Accouracy

예약 시 제공한 이름은 여권과 동일해야 합니다. 불일치로 인해 발생하는 탑승 거부·재발권 비용·추가 수수료는 여행자 본인의 책임입니다.

The name on the reservation must exactly match the passport. Any denied boarding, reissue fees, or extra costs due to discrepancies are the traveler’s responsibility.

4.3 변경 수수료

Change Fees

출발일·이름·객실/선실 등급·인원 변경은 공급자 규정에 따라 별도의 변경/재발권 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다. 일부 요금은 변경 불가일 수 있습니다.

Changes to travel dates, names, room/cabin categories, or party size are subject to supplier rules and may incur additional change/reissue fees. Some fares are non-changeable.

4.4 여권 유효기간

Passport Validity

여권은 귀국일 기준 최소 6개월 이상 유효해야 합니다. 여행자는 방문 국가의 규정을 반드시 확인해야 합니다.

Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date. Travelers must verify and comply with the entry requirements of all countries visited.

4.5 비자 및 입국 거절

Visas & Entry Denial

ESTA/ETA 또는 비자가 필요한 경우 출발 전 반드시 취득해야 하며, 비자 미비나 입국 거절 시 이즈트래블은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Travel authorizations (e.g., ESTA/ETA) or visas must be obtained prior to departure. ISTRAVEL is not responsible for entry refusals or denied boarding.

4.6 건강 및 예방접종

Health & Vaccinations

일부 국가 및 크루즈 선사는 예방접종 증명 또는 건강 관련 문서를 요구할 수 있습니다. 여행자는 이를 사전에 확인하고 준비해야 합니다.

Some destinations and cruise lines may require proof of vaccinations or health documentation. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with such requirements.

이즈트래블은 모든 여행자에게 충분한 여행 보험(의료, 여행 취소, 지연, 수하물 분실 등)을 가입할 것을 강력히 권장합니다. 보험 가입 여부는 전적으로 여행자의 선택이지만, 미가입으로 인한 모든 손실·비용은 여행자 본인의 책임입니다. 또한, 이즈트래블은 필요 시 적합한 여행 보험 상품을 안내하거나 연결해드릴 수 있습니다.

Some destinations and cruise lines may require proofISTRAVEL strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, and lost baggage. The decision to purchase insurance is solely the responsibility of the traveler, and ISTRAVEL is not liable for any losses incurred due to lack of coverage. Upon request, ISTRAVEL may provide information or referrals regarding suitable travel insurance products. of vaccinations or health documentation. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with such requirements.

전쟁, 테러, 자연재해, 전염병, 파업, 정부 규제 등 불가항력 사유로 인한 손실·지연·변경에 대해 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

ISTRAVEL is not liable for any loss, delay, or disruption caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.

모든 예약은 해당 호텔, 크루즈, 항공사, 투어사의 약관에 따라 운영되며, 공급자의 규정이 본 약관보다 우선적으로 적용됩니다.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators).

고객의 개인정보는 예약 및 서비스 제공 목적에 한해 사용됩니다. 신용카드 정보는 포라 트래블의 보안 결제 시스템에만 저장되며, 이즈트래블은 이를 직접 보관하지 않습니다. 당사는 캐나다 개인정보보호법(PIPEDA)을 준수합니다.

Client personal information is used solely for the purpose of booking and providing travel services. Credit card details are stored only in Fora Travel’s secure payment system, and ISTRAVEL does not retain this data directly. We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

항공편 지연, 수하물 분실, 호텔 오버부킹 등 공급자의 서비스 또는 제3자 사유로 발생한 문제에 대해 이즈트래블은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

ISTRAVEL is not responsible for issues beyond our control, including airline delays, baggage loss, hotel overbookings, or any failures of third-party services.

이즈트래블은 여행자와 공급자 간 예약을 중개하는 역할만 수행합니다. 서비스 품질·사고·지연·손실 등 공급자 사유로 발생하는 문제에 대해 이즈트래블은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

ISTRAVEL acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers. We are not liable for service quality issues, accidents, delays, or losses caused by suppliers.

이즈트래블은 TICO 규정을 준수하며, 온타리오 여행산업 보상기금의 보호를 받습니다.

ISTRAVEL operates under TICO regulations and is protected by the Ontario Travel Industry Compensation Fund.

본 약관은 캐나다 온타리오 주법 및 캐나다 연방법을 따릅니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
